Food and beverages is a key ingredient in the recipe for every successful happening. This is why we specialize in providing dishes inspired by fresh, seasonal and local cuisine. Every catering is customized specific to meet your needs and we handle everything from small cocktails to barbeque parties, themed buffets and multiple course meals for your company happening.
Our staffing services are charged on an hourly rate (from leaving Hotel Schützen to return to our premises, including approx. 1 1/2h lead-time for on-site set-up, serving your guests during the event, on-site clean up, travel time and supply clean up back at the hotel).
Staffing needs vary from event to event. Estimated cost will be provided with our offer.
Cost of supply
Chattels/Infrastructure (per item)
We fulfill your event rental needs: from furniture to tents and décor material, etc. Estimated cost will be provided with our offer.
Cost of transportation
We are happy to serve your own beverages to your guests. A corkage fee of CHF 5 to CHF 8/guest will apply.
